Founder's Views

As a teacher I want to say that right from my childhood I have always given preference to understanding rather than memorizing everything line to line. But in nowadays education system students are so much buried under their syllabus that they do not focus on understanding the basics. I would never say to go against the education system but they should focus more on the understanding part.

Nowadays students only run after marks and good grades and that is not even their fault. They are bound to run in the competition. But my view is if you can learn anything by heart, understand the basics, as both science and mathematics is based on understanding, you can excel in it.

If you can relate, can make the subject your own, if you can connect your soul with the subjects, you can grasp it very easily. So to do that you have to completely surrender yourself to the subject. My mission is to make you happily surrender to your studies.

I feel always sitting inside a classroom, stuffed inside four walls is not always good. If you go out and learn the things practically, it is much more beneficial. Freshness and openness always has a positive impact on a student’s brain. That is why I take my students to various excursions, take them out for practical studies so that they find it interesting and fun and gain the best out of it.

A child’s mind has a lot of curiosity, lot of questions buried within them, but often they are suppressed due to academic pressure. Sometimes they do not know from whom they will get the correct answer. Sometimes simply they feel afraid to ask. Student mind will definitely have a lot of questions, these should not be suppressed. They should feel free to ask anything. My vision is to encourage them to ask questions and never feel afraid of it. Because you can definitely gain a lot through a good conversation.
